Membership Contract
Contract Summary
Includes: 3 Month Beauty Membership for services specified within the Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum Memberships.
You have been booked for a 3 month beauty membership with the Behind The Scene Girls.
BTSG reserves the right to change these terms and conditions or to adopt additional rules, regulations, policies, or terminate a Member's membership in the Flawless Beauty Membership Program at any time for any reason without prior written notice.
By signing this contract, the Member agrees to the terms below.
Payment Terms
100% of Membership monthly cost is due on the day of booking each month.
I agree to provide BTSG with complete payment for all of my services added to my invoice during any scheduled appointments.

The membership fees will recur every month until cancelled by the member.

Memberships will be renewed and charged for the same package type unless the Member specifies otherwise to upgrade/change the membership.

Each Member agrees and understands that the Member's credit card will automatically be charged the applicable membership fee.

The membership fee will be charged automatically and approximately on the same day of the month that the original purchase was made.
I agree to provide BTSG with complete payment for all of my services added to my invoice during any scheduled appointments.

Each Member agrees and understands that the price of add on services is subject to the package type, and will be automatically charged to the card on file on the day of the appointment.
We accept credit and debit cards for membership payment options. We do not accept cash or check payments for membership balances. Addon services may be paid in cash at time of service.

All credit card processing, and invoice payment is done through Square, Inc. [US].

Credit card numbers will be saved within our processing software, Square, Inc. [US].

Membership Policy
Membership in the Flawless Beauty Membership Program entitles each Member to a variety of benefits, including the following:

Variety (of the clients choosing) of services each month based on package specifications

Reward/Referral Program

Free Services for the duration of the membership

Memberships are non-transferrable.
Membership Services do not roll over, and must be used during the current membership period based on the package specifications.
Services for each membership must be chosen before the appointment date.

Services scheduled for each appointment will be listed in the Membership Portal.

Any changes to Appointment services MUST be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Requests for service changes made with less than 24 hours notice will not be honored.

Freebies
Each Membership Package comes with a variety of Free Services, otherwise referred to as “Freebies”, based on the level of package.

Freebies MUST be used at separate appointments and cannot be doubled up.

Platinum Members can combine Brow/Chin Wax with other freebies.

Freebies must be used by the Member and cannot be transferred to anyone else.

Freebies do not roll over, and must be used during the current membership period.

24 Hours Notice must be given to schedule Freebies.
Cancellation Policy
24 Hours Notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling.

If 24 hours notice is not given, you will be charged 50% of the A La Carte service fee in addition to the membership fee already paid.

You must speak directly with a Team Coordinator to cancel/reschedule all appointments.

If your able to reschedule your appointment for the same week (subject to BTSG availability), there is no 50% cancellation fee.

Missed appointments or “no shows” without any notification are subject to the FULL amount of the A La Carte service in addition to the membership fee already paid.

Calls to cancel after a technician has already left to travel to the location are deemed as a Missed Appointment or “No Show” and will be charged for the FULL amount of the A La Carte Service.

The Flawless Beauty Membership is Non-Refundable

No cash refunds or gifts cards will be issued for unused services or cancelled memberships.
Location
The Behind The Scene Girls provides all services on-location.

All Membership Appointments must take place within 20 miles of the Team Coordinator's Base Location.

Vernon CT, Tolland CT, Coventry CT, Manchester CT, Greater Hartford Area, Springfield MA,

Requests for appointments outside of the 20 mile radius will be subject to a travel fee

All Membership Appointments must take place at the same location for the duration of the membership.

Each location requires the following in order to perform services:

Electricity, with an availability of 2 or more outlets near where you would like us to set up.

Sink with running water

Microwave to warm hot towels

Other Membership Terms & Conditions
The Behind The Scene Girls may contact members through mail, phone or email regarding member’s account and other offers from BTSG.

BTSG may also use these channels to communicate with the member about program changes, related rules, special offers or promotions, or other matters BTSG believes may be of interest to the member.
BTSG reserves the right to change membership prices upon thirty (30) days prior notice.

If the member does not wish to continue membership at the new payment amount, the member must cancel this membership by written/email notice.
Seasonal Services - Christmas and New Years is an extremely busy time of year. All services from the membership packages planned to be used during the month of December need to be booked before November 15th.

December will be subject to blackout dates and limited availability. We will do our best to cater to everyone's individual preferences and schedules.

Membership Services booked for December may be subject to availability on only certain preset days of the month.
Flawless Satisfaction Policy
The Behind The Scene Girls have a Flawless Satisfaction Policy! We want you to be 100% satisfied with your service when your technician is with you. If for any reason, you are not, we will fix the issue for you to make sure it's resolved before your technician leaves the location.

Once your technician leaves, we can not issue any credits or refunds for membership services, or services added on during the appointment.

You may bring the issue to the attention of your on-location technician or call/text the Team Coordinator who will kindly bring it to the attention of the technician to fix for you!

Permissions
I give BTSG permission to photograph me and all other guests reserved with my party and allow them to use these photographs on their website, Facebook page, and future marketing of their business.

If there is concern with this permission, please bring it to the attention of the Team Coordinator to work out accommodations.
Acknowledgements/Waiver of Liability
I understand that it is my responsibility to let my technician know of any sensitivities or allergies that I or any of my party members have prior to the day of booking.

I understand that the use of makeup and hair products, such as, but not limited to, eye and face powders, and hair sprays and gels may have varying effects based on my skin sensitivities such as redness, burning, and swelling of the skin, as such, I agree to hold BTSG harmless.
I acknowledge that I have read this contract and Waiver of Liability carefully and understand its meaning and I am voluntarily releasing the above named parties from these liabilities arising out of my booking of their services.
