We are a travel-only company, we travel throughout CT, RI, MA, NY, & North NJ
Will you come to my house/hotel, etc.?
Yes, we will provide services at any location with our travel radius. We only require some table space, and outlets
Do you have a travel fee?
Travel is included in our Reservation Fee
Do you have a minimum person requirement?
Yes, we have a 4 person minimum
What if I book a reservation and I am not happy with the result of my trial?
We truly hope that our team can provide you with the flawless look you are hoping for, however if we cannot, we will provide a refund excluding travel for the trial only. Full refund policy can be found in the contract before you sign.
Do you use clip in hairpieces/extensions?
Yes, we have plenty of experience working with hair pieces, and extensions, however we do not provide them. If you come with hair, please be sure that it is authentic human hair, or heat safe.

Do we tip you?
Yes, gratuity is required per the contract, however how much you want to tip each technician is entirely up to you. The price you pay per service is not what your technician, or myself, earns. This is a service industry that requires more than just our time to provide you with a flawless look. The Knot suggests "Tip between 15 to 25 percent just as you would in a hair salon." Whether you tip $5 or $100 is dependent upon the service you receive, and is truly appreciated either way!!
How often should I get a facial?
Ideally, you should have a facial done every month, because that's how long it takes the skin to regenerate. We recommend booking the Flawless Spa Day package once a month.
Why do you ask us to wash our hair the day before?
We recommend washing you hair the day before services as day old hair holds curl and style better. If you find that you're a little oily the morning of the event, spray dome dry shampoo in to refresh your hair!
